How will the consultations go?
It is a first contact that allows us to know your expectations and to determine which treatment might be the most appropriate.
It breaks down as follows:
- Clinical assessment
- Diagnosis of the oral condition and presentation of the various dento maxillofacial anomalies detected
- Presentation of possible treatment options
- Rough estimate of processing time and cost
- Prescription of a radiological assessment
- Taking photographs and fingerprints
- Commentary and analysis of radiographs
- Physical examination
- Presentation and Explanations of the definitive diagnosis and of the treatment option(s)
- Determination of processing time
- Establishment of the estimate
- Drafting of administrative documents: DEP (Prior Agreement Request) for health insurance
Then make an appointment to put in place the appliance, which marks the start of orthodontic treatment.
The following visits will take place, depending on the progress of the treatment every 6 to 8 weeks for the adjustment of the devices.
The last stage of treatment is called restraint. It ensures the stability of the treatment and consists of placing a wire on the inside of the teeth as well as the night wearing of a removable appliance after removal of the appliances.
